Core 3 offers property management, maintenance / landscaping, and construction services throughout Central Illinois. Core 3 offers these services through three separate divisions:  Core 3 Property Management, Core 3 Maintenance / Landscaping, and Core 3 Construction Services. Core 3’s corporate office is located in Bloomington, Illinois with satellite offices in Springfield and Peoria, Illinois. Core 3 Property Management focuses on third party property management of residential and commercial property. They handle all aspects of property management including, leasing, accounting, and coordination of maintenance.  The maintenance / landscaping division handles maintenance for the property management division as well as third party customers. They can handle most all general maintenance activities as well and landscaping and snow removal. The construction services division focuses on commercial and residential construction including multifamily construction, tenant improvements, capital improvements and new developments in Bloomington-Normal , IL and surrounding areas.

Core 3 was founded in 2011 as Core 3 Property Management, and originally focused solely on property management activities. As their management portfolio grew the opportunity to offer the additional services of maintenance / landscaping and construction services became a natural complementary service offering.
